It was a warm cloudy day in Tiger Town as the men gathered around the shovel flag. Basic warmup and we mosey’d around the track back to the flag. We picked up coupons and went behind the park pavilion.

Money Cat was leading the Q and explained how he thought of something new. Either it was going to hated and we’ll be excited to do something stupid and meaningless again or we’d like it and we’ll be excited to do something stupid and meaningless again!

Items needed are the F3 Beatdown Deck, Spotify account on a phone and a portable bluetooth speaker. I preselected songs and created an F3 Music playlist.

The idea was that each Pax would select a card and it was predetermined wether a low card or a high card was going to win. The winner card is the exercise which would be performed. For example the Jack was the high card on the first round and the exercise was Dips. Now here’s where the Spotify account comes into play. 14 songs for 14 cards (this includes the Joker card). Starting with Ace card = 1, 2 card = song 2, 3 card = song 3….etc. Since the Jack was the winner it was song 11 we performed Dips to for 5:09. BUT we changed it up on the first song because how boring is it to perform Dips for 5 minutes and 9 second. The Q yelled out “switch” and the next high card which was the 10 card – Butt Kicks was performed until the “switch” was yelled out again or the song ended.
