Weather was mild with some humidity. Power had been restored to the park to give us light.

Warm-o-rama

Mosey around the stadium, arm circles forward x10, arm circle backward x10, Imperial Walkers x10 and Trunk rotations x6 each direction,

The Thang.

A starting point was located in the grass. Two more points were located 10 yards and 20 yards in-front of the starting point. To get to each point,  murder bunnies were performed.

At the starting point 5 Blockees.

At 10 yards, 10 Derkins.

At 20 yards, 15 Block-hammers.

Walk/run backwards to the starting point for repeat of the above. This cycle was performed three times.

Next routine, same points as a above. Instead of murder bunnies, lunges were performed, with coupons, to each point.

At the starting point 20 Blockees

At 10 yards, 25 Irkens.

At 20 yards, 30 Calf raises.

This cycle was performed once.

Next was a mosey to the skate park for some Mary’s.

Mosey back to shovelflag for name-o-rama,  count-o-rama,  & prayer.

Goose from parts down south flew in to join us. His family and many others where he serves have been severely impacted by hurricane Ida. Lift them up in prayer as recovery is under way.
